Defective Items
Defective items will be replaced with new
items - same title only. Please state
the exact problem and indicate the track number and time where applicable.
Shrimati's reserves the right to research all
returns and problems with orders. Repeated returns may or may not be
credited or replaced. Returns must be in like-new condition. Any
defective items must be reported via email to sales@shrimatis.com within 7
days of arrival and a return authorization number will be issued. Upon
receipt of return authorization number return must be completed within 10
days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we will pay
for reshipping the item back to you. At our option we may reimburse
return shipping charges.
